TYSKIE BROWARY KSIĄŻĘCE - Multimedia content
The project consisted of creating multimedia content for six stations/installations on the site of the newly established 2025 Tychy Brewery Museum. The activities were based on work using archival materials of the museum: photos, engravings, graphics, old beer mug coasters, advertisements, and required the creation of 3D models of buildings and objects used in animations from scratch. The entire project was animated using various 2D and 3D techniques. The museum showcases the nearly 400-year history of beer production at the Archduke Tyskie brewery.
1.INTERACTIVE WOODEN BARREL
Thirteen animations telling the story of Tyskie Browary Książęce. The animations are presented in the museum on a circular touch screen placed in an old wooden barrel. To create the animations, it was necessary to draw illustrations stylized on old engravings, 3D model of a first brewery building, design a touch interface used to scroll through the animations, and animate the created engravings.
2.1.PARIS FROM THE END OF 19TH CENTURY
In this installation there was a need to show the skyline of late 19th century Paris as seen from the Eiffel Tower. The assignment included a collage-like 5K square animation based on photos/prints/postcards of the time. This is presented in the exhibition space as a semi-circular mapping on the walls, floor and ceiling.
2.2.Telescope panorama animations
The second part of the installation are animations presented in the eye of an interactive telescope. By rotating the telescope facing the panorama-mapping, we go through all the animations one by one. The animations were prepared in the form of a collage based on photos/graphic representations from the era, I’ve made 3D models necessary for scenes and then everything was animated.
3.Tychy Brewing School
Video/animation created from archival photos and graphics of the Tychy Beer School.
4.Beer booth
